Baked Eggs Avacado
– 1 x Avacado cut in half and remove pip. Leave skin on, as this will be your ‘bowl’ – 2 x eggs. Crack one egg in each avacado
– Gently place the avacado eggs on a tray and bake in oven for 8- 10 mins 150c (can vary depending on your oven)
– Season with salt, pepper and parsley
